Image guide
OMNICOMMERCE's image guide is provided according to the following three criteria:
- Image specification: Provided as “recommended specification and “limited specification based on the size, resolution, and format of the image.
- Image quality: Guides “non-recommended images” according to the composition and quality of the image.
- Recognizable Image: Guides the unrecognized range in Tagging and Discovery service.
Image criteria
The image criteria of OMNICOMMERCE are provided as Recommended image criteria that can give the best AI model results based on size, relevance, and format, and Restricted image criteria that restrict actual images because they do not accepted by our system.

- Recommended image criteria : It is the recommended guidelines that can give the optimal result of the model.
- Restricted image criteria : If any of the requested images to the API do not meet any of the above guidelines, the system will treat it as a bad request error.
Recommended image criteria
- Image size: 640 × 640px, 1280 x 720px, 1080 x 1080px
- Image resolution: 72dpi ~ 300dpi
- Image format: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIF, TIFF, WEBP
- Image ratio: 1:2 ~ 2:1 (Width x Hieght ratio)
Restricted image criteria
- Image size: Min 300 × 300px, Max 16,383 × 16,383px
- Image format: Format other than JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIF, TIFF, WEBP
- Image data size: Max 3Mb (Base64), Max 20Mb (url)
- Image ratio: 1:5 ~ 5:1 (Width x Hieght ratio)
Image quality: non-recommended image
Images that contain elements that interfere with tagging and searching (watermarks, collages, cropping, repositioning, folding, strong lighting, product overlap) are not recommended to provide accurate analysis results.
