1. AGREEMENT

This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes the policies and procedures of Omnious Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies (collectively, “we”, “us”, “our” or the “Company”) on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you access this site and any of our other related sites (collectively, the “Site”).

By using our Site, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understand the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”). Although we make every reasonable effort to protect information in our systems, we cannot and do not guarantee the security, confidentiality, or privacy of any information or communication.

We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of other websites, third parties with whom we work to provide services, or those who access your information on our Site or applications. If you disagree with the way we collect, process, use, store, and display personal and non-personal information, please do not use our Site.

We do not sell your data. If at any point in the future we change this policy we will amend this Privacy Policy to reflect this change.

2. INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To contact you by email, telephone, SMS, or other equivalent form of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation;

  • To manage your requests and to attend and manage your requests to us;

  • In connection with any application for employment or other employment recruitment efforts.

  • For other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Site and Service(s), products, marketing and your experience.

We may share your personal information in the following situations:

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Our Site is not intended to be used by and this Privacy Policy does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

8. CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

Under certain privacy laws, consumers have specific privacy rights. Regardless of whether You are an account holder or a visitor, under certain laws, you may exercise the following data protection rights: the right of deletion, the right to amend or rectify your personal data, the right to object to the use of your personal data, the right to restrict processing of your data, the right of access, the right to not receive discriminatory treatment, and the right of portability, where feasible. Such rights are subject to certain limitations, as provided for by applicable laws. To make a privacy request regarding your personal information, please contact us with your name and either your email address or physical address associated with your use of the Site. The right to object to processing

On what basis do you process my personal information?

Personal information is processed by OMNIOUS.AI in accordance with its (and its customers’) legitimate interests. We are happy to share our legitimate interest assessment (LIA) with you should you wish to see it.

We also process information based on your consent when you provide your information to us in order to receive our products and/or services.

Is the provision of my personal data a statutory requirement?

No.

Is the provision of my personal information a contractual requirement?

Some of your personal information, such as your name, contact information, and billing information, may be required in order to provide you with our products and/or services.

Should you choose not to provide your personal details to us as a customer, we would be unable to provide you with our products and/or services.

Do you run any auto-decision making or profiling on me?

No, we do not.

Will my information ever be transferred internationally?

We may transfer your personal information outside of your country when it is required that we do so. The data is transferred safely and securely using adequate safeguards. Your data may also, when required, be transferred to our international offices using the same secure and adequate safeguards.
