Dashboard

In the Dashboard menu, you can view information about the currently selected Workspace and usage data for the Omnious solution.

Workspace Info​

Under Workspace Info, you can see the creation date of the currently selected Workspace, the data integration method, and the connected solutions. dashboard-02.png

  • Created: The date the Workspace was first created.
  • Data Connect Method: ndicates the method used to upload product images to the Workspace. Two methods are supported: Data Management API (API integration) and file upload. ↗️ Integrating Data to Workspace
  • Connected Solutions: Solutions available in the Workspace. Currently available solutions in Omnious include 'Product Attribute Tagging', 'Image Moderation', 'Similar Product Recommendations', 'Camera Search', and 'Styling Recommendations'. You can add or delete solutions available in the current Workspace through the '+ Add Solution' button or the edit button at the top right. ↗️ Connecting Solutions to Workspace

Usage Info​

You can check the usage of solutions used in the Workspace under Usage Information. The usage table includes the combined usage of the services through APIs and the Omnious e-commerce web service.

The numbers provided on the Dashboard are updated every hour.

Manage Products​

To register products in the Workspace, you can choose either 'Management API (API integration)' or 'File Upload' methods. The Manage Product tab in the usage information shows the usage details of product registration, modification, and deletion through the Management API or directly through file upload methods.

  • Duration: The numbers displayed are for the current month from the 1st to the last day. If the current month is ongoing, the numbers displayed are from the 1st day to today, in descending order.
  • Products (SKU): The number of products registered in the Workspace at the end of the previous month.
  • New Products (SKU): The number of products newly registered in the Workspace during the period. For API integration, this number includes the number of products registered in the Workspace through POST requests, while for file upload, this number includes the number of products in the upload template.
  • Update (SKU): The number of products in the Workspace that have been modified during the period. For API integration, this number includes the number of products updated through PUT requests, while for products registered in Omnious, this number includes the number of products whose information, attribute tags, image moderation tags, etc., have been modified.
  • Delete (SKU): The number of products that have been deleted from the Workspace during the period. For API integration, this number refers to the number of products deleted through DELETE requests, while for Omnious products, it refers to the number of products deleted on the screen.

Automated Product Tagging​

The Automated Product Tagging tab in the usage information shows the usage details of the Automated Product Tagging solution.

  • Duration: The numbers displayed are for the current month from the 1st to the last day. If the current month is ongoing, the numbers displayed are from the 1st day to today, in descending order.
  • Usage of Automated Product Tagging (SKU): The number of products for which attribute tags were provided during the period. This includes the number of products for which attribute tags were received through GET requests of the API and the number of products for which attribute tags were received by downloading tags in Omnious (If a product that has already received tags is updated and redownloaded, the number of tags used is not reflected in the tagging usage number and is not charged).

Image Moderation​

The Image Moderation tab in the usage information shows the usage details of the Image Moderation solution.

  • Duration: The numbers displayed are for the current month from the 1st to the last day. If the current month is ongoing, the numbers displayed are from the 1st day to today, in descending order.
  • Usage of Image Moderation (SKU): The number of products for which image moderation tags were provided during the period. This includes the number of products for which image moderation tags were received through GET requests of the API and the number of products for which image moderation tags were received by downloading tags in Omnious (If a product that has already received tags is updated and redownloaded, the number of tags used is not reflected in the usage number and is not charged).

Visual Recommendations​

The Visual Recommendations tab in the usage information shows the usage details of the Visual Recommendations solution.

  • Duration: The numbers displayed are for the current month from the 1st to the last day. If the current month is ongoing, the numbers displayed are from the 1st day to today, in descending order.
  • Usage of Visual Recommendations (Call): The number of API calls for Visual Recommendations during the period.

The Camera Search tab in the usage information shows the usage details of the Camera Search solution.

  • Duration: The numbers displayed are for the current month from the 1st to the last day. If the current month is ongoing, the numbers displayed are from the 1st day to today, in descending order.
  • Usage of Camera Search (Call): The number of API calls for Camera Search during the period.

Styling Recommendations​

The Styling Recommendations tab in the usage information shows the usage details of the Styling Recommendations solution.

  • Duration: The numbers displayed are for the current month from the 1st to the last day. If the current month is ongoing, the numbers displayed are from the 1st day to today, in descending order.
  • Usage of Styling Recommendations (Call): The number of API calls for Styling Recommendations during the period.
