Analytics Overview
objectives. Depending on the objective, various metrics, such as high click-through rate (CTR), high conversion rate (CR), or high average order value (AOV), can be used to evaluate the recommendation solution. To manage the performance of the provided recommendation solutions, Omnious provides OPM (Omnicommerce Performance Management) SDK, which is an analyzable solution that measures various metrics that suit different purposes.
The OPM SDK is integrated into an online store and collects the actions of customers in response to recommendation results. The collected data is then converted into various metrics to evaluate the performance of the recommendation solution, and helps Omnious' recommendation solutions provide more accurate recommendations by utilizing customers' behavioral data.
