What is OMNICOMMERCE?​

Omnicommerce is a service that helps businesses provide a seamless shopping experience across multiple channels, both online and offline. By using AI technology and data, Omnicommerce enables businesses to understand their customers better, encourage customer engagement, improve user experience, and maximize purchase conversions. It also expands personalized experiences for customers, delivering innovative digital experiences that are consistent and cohesive across all touchpoints. Omnicommerce provides all AI services for e-commerce sales promotion and user experience improvement, including expert-level automatic tagging of product attributes, recommendation, search, hyper-personalization, and trend sensing.

Getting Started with OMNICOMMERCE​

You can experience the AI solutions of OMNICOMMERCE through a free trial. To sign up, please visit our website and click on ↗️ Request a demo or contact us at biz@omnious.com. After signing up, you will be provided with a Demo Workspace and a Test Workspace for free trial.

  • You can complete the OMNICOMMERCE environment setup and experience the AI solutions of OMNIOUS.AI in the free Demo Workspace and Test Workspace.
  • After the free trial, you can connect and use the AI solutions directly on your e-commerce website through a paid subscription.

Workspace​

There are three types of Workspace available: Demo Workspace, Test Workspace for free trial, and a general Workspace with no usage constraints for paid users.

Free Trial Workspaces​

Demo Workspace​

Demo Workspace is provided for users who are new to using OMNICOMMERCE. It offers an environment where users can experience all solutions without the need for data integration. This is achieved by providing demo product data for all solutions.

Test Workspace​

In addition to Demo Workspace, Test Workspace is also available for free trial. Unlike Demo Workspace, users can integrate their own product data and connect the solutions to experience them.

General Workspace​

A general Workspace can be created and used only by paid users who have signed up for OMNICOMMERCE. The number of Workspaces that can be created is determined by the approved conditions at the time of the contract. For more information on contracts, please contact us at biz@omnious.com.

Create a new Workspace, integrate product data, and start using the solutions you need.

Product Manager​

After integrating data into Workspace, you can check the integrated products in the product manager. In Product Manager > Product Details, you can see the solutions set up in the Workspace.

OMNICOMMERCE Solutions​

In Demo Workspace, you can experience all solutions for free, and in Test Workspace, you can choose and use any of the solutions for free.
